Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is used for Finance, EH&S and Supply chain Management and currently we are in HEC and planning to move into RISE

Pros

  • High system availability
  • Standard Functionalities via Fiori apps
  • Extensibility via BTP

Cons

  • Clean core needs to be adopted for all modules especially EWM
  • User interface needs to be fine-tuned for new SAP users easy access
  • More third party adaptors
  • high availability is very positive
  • SLAs for RISE/HEC needs to be improved (or) adjusted as per the customer needs
  • more integration with third party connectors
S/HANA Fiori needs to be adopted for easy user experience especially on modules like EWM

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the only product that can integrate all different workstreams and provide holistic view for the leadership
