We had to set training sessions for all end-users. Before implementation we done user testing with key persons in each department. Input from all key members was important for successful implementation. Even after implementation we took around 4-5 training sessions with all the users, resolved their doubts and queries which enabled us successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA CLOUD.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Change management was very important part for us at the time of implemention. Which was time consuming and quite difficult. But our expertise IT team handled it very well. Even the key members from each department were well experienced, input from them was very accurate and helpful so no major issues we faced at that time.
Members from our IT team are very experienced and have great knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud. They gave training to other IT members as well as key persons from different departments with around 10 to 15 training sessions before implementation. We all worked as a team and proud to be part of successful implementation.
Changes and new updates were already tested by core team before implementation. So it was easy for core team to pass the knowledge to all users. Secondly core team performed user testing with all members to ensure that they familiar with new features or functionality.
