Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud

We are using SAP Service Cloud to answer our client requirements regarding their service management. The tool that we are mainly using is the sap field service management.

Pros

  • generating HTML reports
  • Helping technician with their daily work using workflows
  • Capturing technicians timesheets

Cons

  • Assets measurement reading
  • Stock management
  • Standardize the workflow for more than 4000 users
  • Automation of several processes
While the integration is possible for every object. We still dont have a solid monitoring cockpit for all the in and out payloads.
Definitely, the tool allowed one of our client to standardize their processes across 80 business units. Now all technicians have the same tool, follow the same steps and generate the same reports. It also help the back end users to be more efficient in terms of logging tickets and assigning them to other users
the user interface is much better, but most importantly the ability to integrate the tool with sap 4 hana easily

It s perfect for for filed management and for helping both of technicians and and dispatchers doing their job. However, we still have some areas where it can be improved such as the stock management
