Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud

Admin related management mostly, HR team also uses it frequently I believe

  • The initial user learning curve was quite difficult for a lot of the team.
  • reduced customer service resolution time
The team had to spend less time manually doing certain tasks, increased efficiency and mental load
