Overall Satisfaction with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite
Process standardization is made easier by having one portal accessible to everyone in the company for both process design and process collaboration on the published processes in the Collaboration Hub. Furthermore, having Process Intelligence to check for process conformance and real-time KPIs tracking enables us to have a 360 • view over the process and all the improvement potentials, all within the same system.
- Eased Collaboration, also enabled by the system’s user friendliness.
- Process intelligence accelerators save a lot of time.
- Frequent updates and improvements to the suite.
- UI could be the same on all modules.
- Cost saving during transformation projects ( consultants have an easier task working within Signavio and already have the as-is processes available).
User-friendliness was a key determinant. The other main reason was already having other SAP systems implemented across the company.
