Overall Satisfaction with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite

Process standardization is made easier by having one portal accessible to everyone in the company for both process design and process collaboration on the published processes in the Collaboration Hub. Furthermore, having Process Intelligence to check for process conformance and real-time KPIs tracking enables us to have a 360 • view over the process and all the improvement potentials, all within the same system.

Pros

  • Eased Collaboration, also enabled by the system’s user friendliness.
  • Process intelligence accelerators save a lot of time.
  • Frequent updates and improvements to the suite.

Cons

  • UI could be the same on all modules.
  • Cost saving during transformation projects ( consultants have an easier task working within Signavio and already have the as-is processes available).
Quick customer support team.
User-friendliness was a key determinant. The other main reason was already having other SAP systems implemented across the company.

SAP Signavio is suited for the entire business process management lifecycle. The possibility of including data from Process Intelligence in any processes in the Process Manager is great and offers employees a single view of the process's health.

1500 - All business functions
- Collaboration Hub licenses available to everyone (1500 active licenses)
- Minimum one process expert per function for Process Manager and Process Governance
- Key functions for PINS, PINT and Transformation Manager: Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement
3 - The process mining capabilities can and are only supported by employees with CS (or similar) backgrounds, SQL proficiency, and process mining background.
The overarching process management capabilities are supported by employees with in-depth knowledge of critical end-to-end processes and good understanding of process management (BPMN 2.0, process governance, ideally ABPMP certified)
