For e2e business performance, insights, action (case for change), cross-functional alignment on metrics, regulatory compliance and risk management. I have also used it to validate the reality of business operations vs someone's view of documented processes.

- Live insights against process in the Collaboration Hub - brings metrics and process to life.
- Variant visualisation.
- Data visualisation.
- Confirms known assumption with facts.
- Additional linking of PI data to simulation.
- More seamless process management lifecycle - AS-IS to TO-BE to new AS-IS.
- Conformance with regulatory, legal or other external controls.
- Linking Metrics to processes and process stages.
- Link CX to process bring the customer outside in via and the business operations inside out view together in on tool.
- Increase Customer and Employee experience.
- Telstra becomes one process at a time easier to deal with.
- Telstra is more proactive than reactive to change.
- Telstra can see what is really going on in it operations and digital transformation benefits.
Signavio is not as advanced as some of these other tools but they as come at a much higher cost, and whether we would use these other features is debatable. Signavio has enough tools to deliver insights and improve the business. I have also looked at Task Mining with: VenAutomate FortressIQ.
