Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SuccessFactors/EC is the primary tool for most HR-related activities across the organization. All the performance-related activities, employee information, recruiting and on boarding are managed within the SuccessFactors. SF helps us consolidate all the employee-related information in one place as well as deliver a great looking UI to employees to manage their HR-related tasks.
- Ease of navigation and integration with SAP.
- Optimized performance reviews, goal setting, and cascading organizational priorities.
- Single sign-on doesn't seem very seamless. There are hiccups and non-SSO login screens are prompted occasionally.
- Although there are standard integration packages available to other tools like ADP, it requires customization and development efforts to make it work. The connections do not plug and play.
- SF has had a positive ROI by helping to consolidate all the HR related activities in one place.
- Availability of standard integration packages to external solutions reduces the development times to stand up a new tool or process.
SF has better integration with SAP, our primary ERP platform. It has support for data hierarchies such as positions, roles and work centers that mirror our primary ERP tool. SF also has support for a lot of external tools across multiple geographical areas and easy to manage cloud experience. The performance objects like goal setting, goals cascading and setting a common organization priority is easier in SF.
