Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors's talent management suite is in the scope of the implementations. There are challenges with respect to some features within performance management and succession development.

Overall integrations is going well without any major disruptions.
Identity and security management is one of the key compliance. This helps with the overall business rules. Sometimes SAP SuccessFactors is challenging, but in the long run, it is beneficial.
