Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We purchased the SAP SuccessFactors suite at my org a year ago. I run the Learning and Development modules. I find the LMS to be clunky, but I do like the "featured" and "recommended" tiles and the ability for the user and manager to interact effectively. I'm excited about Workzone and Opportunity Marketplace. I would love to see an LMS end-user refresh and an updated integration with GO1.

I have had some trouble with integration of other products with SAP SuccessFactors.
Good assignment profiles for pushing out compliance training
Cornerstone OnDemand is better. It was designed as an LMS from the ground up and is more intuitive from an admin and end-user stand point.
