Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it for our recruiting process from start to finish. It’s very easy to tie requisitions to applicants and offers. We also use our compensation always is every year which makes our process more simplified and streamlined. We also use it for all of our talent development and additional learning for employee career growth.

  • The ability to refresh data easier into SuccessFactors
  • Improved applicant tracking
  • Recruiting module is much better than what we previously used
  • More automation than previous program
Because when we first used it we only used the Talent Development side and now we are using it for recruiting. It would be nice if we could use it for payroll features in the future. It seems like it’s improving its features more and more so hopefully we can integrate new functions in the future.
We are an international company and have employees in Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the USA. We’ve been able to use it for all employees no matter where they are located.

Yes

The learning module is one of my favorites of the application. It’s very easy to assign classes and the fact that we can integrate with LinkedIn learning makes it exciting to take classes now. It’s very easy to assign training to my direct reports and track their progress. One of my favorites now.
