Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I use the compensation module for salary administration. The largest benefit is the guideline modeling tool which ensures we never exceed the budget. We also use it for bonus calculation, but we still need to use excel to calculate unique bonuses for certain employees.

I hear we need more fields to place data, as I think there are 15 fields. It would be nice to extend it to 20.
