Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
It has been a helpful product for us to use and support our recruiting and application tracking processes. We had used other SAP products before, so this was a natural fit. Personally, I use SAP SuccessFactors on a daily basis. It helps me keep up to date with our applicants for new positions, which allows me to more easily contact them and update the rest of our recruiting team.

These standards have not had a huge negative impact on our firm. It has been a pretty easy process to work with them, and we don't require a lot of customization. However, I do think that organizations that need more customization and country-specific tools would be able to do what they need to do to fit their needs. SAP has always been clear with us that they will help us reach our goals in any way that they can.
SAP SuccessFactors is a better option. It provides more tracking analytics, and it works more seamlessly with the other systems we already have going on in the firm. GoHire is better suited as a one-off product, and it does not have the functionality and broad range of tools that SAP SuccessFactors has. I would recommend SAP SuccessFactors if you can afford it.
