Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Use for distribution of corporate training to employees of organizaiton. As a LMS all learner records are stored there. SuccessFactors also provides a lot of granular reporting and helps MS meet all compliance needs. MS has build org-specific reporting.

More integrations are needed for Learning where partners can easily provide best in class experience,
Generally very good but for Viva Learning deployment we faces lot of issues becaues of great turnaround time for SAP SF pacakge generation. With new APIs we hope to reduce this tim.e
