We had some compliance points to mitigate and took into consideration with: - User empowerment and self-management - digital transformation and cultural change

Very simple
Project implementation was very good, on time, and within budget. Needs business users to compromise and demands active work and most times that was planned.

It’s a good suite to start an internal digital transformation and employee engagement, and obviously to check and control how the transformation processes perform. Also, it lets you build a module’s roadmap, thinking with a small implementation at the beginning and growing up in phases as needed, following business strategy. The payroll module still has an old look and feel that should be enhanced and also moved to the cloud.
