Full hire to retire management within SuccessFactors. Integrated to 3rd party payroll provider. Integrated to ERP. Germany, Spain, Canada.

- Does not recognize the obvious issue with some platform functionality
- Does not provide realistic model company
- Reduced approval time for people processes significantly
- Provided standard process baselines to reach quicker operationality
- One data model for strategic decision making
From my experience so far, they experience provided by SuccessFactors is dependent on who is assigned to your account. I have seen peaks and troughs of engagement from different individuals within the same role and also between different companies and countries. It seems to be very dependent on the person and not standard.
