Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it to create a better employee experience, manage performance, recruiting, learning, payroll basically for all actions related to the employee cycle.
  • Design
  • Process Ideas, new modules
  • analytics, some field are very hard to report
  • not consistent on the item creation and the item maintenance
  • SAP costumer support is very slow, and the responses are not satisfying most times
  • Improved Employee Experience / self service available from everywhere
It can be easy or very complex depending on the type of integration. If you don't use that many Microsoft products, it's a lot harder as hardly any product is supported.
The employee central implementation was very tough due to system and also company structure changes, however, it's providing the services that we needed

Do you think SAP SuccessFactors delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with SAP SuccessFactors's feature set?

Yes

Did SAP SuccessFactors live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of SAP SuccessFactors go as expected?

No

Would you buy SAP SuccessFactors again?

Yes

SAP Successfactors is best used in large companies where the global process is preferred to create a standardized employee experience throughout the whole company & if you have other SAP products like Finance etc, where you can connect them to create efficient workflow. I would not recommend it to small & family companies as it would create a complicated process for them.
