The amount of HR minimal and replication work to get HR/employee data over to SAP S4 takes multiple integrations managed by many people and teams.
We implemented PMGM first in 2016, then introduced compensation in 2017, EC- ONB 2.0 and recruiting in 2019. If we were to do it over, we'd do the opposite, starting with EC and so on.
