Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Global HR System of Record. We use it for Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, MSS/ESS, Goals, Performance, Development, Succession, Annual Merit Planning, Variable Pay, and integrations of Employee Data into other systems.

Pros

  • Visibility to Workforce for Managers and leaders, including Turnover and Headcount Reports
  • Annual cycles (goals, performance, succession, merit planning, incentive planning)

  • Cost Savings as we now have visibility to entire workforce globally.
  • SOX compliant as we have integrated with IDM / Active Directory to turn off system access as soon as someone terminates.
Some integrations are very easy to set up.
Relatively smooth. We kept things simple and worked with a strong SI in Deloitte.
SAP SuccessFactors had everything we needed and was priced well.
