Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
Used SAP SuccessFactors in multiple roles, Recruiting, Goals, Succession planning and workforce analytics. In my opinion, it's an outdated system, used currently for workforce analytics and I don't know how to use it. In my experience, it doesn't pull in the information we needed to report out. Although we are paying for the tool we have not been able to successfully get a demo of the product in order to successfully implement what is needed. We currently do not use the tool to share information to executives as well. Need something that can provide all the data and reporting needed.
