Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I currently use the learning management system and performance management system. We currently have a tough time getting employees familiar with the my learning page. There is a lot of confusion about the user's experience and the action plan the leadership introduced at first. We also have a community of workers that rarely use our LMS.

The integration with LinkedIn learning was seamless and great.
I was not present for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors at my organization.
SAP SuccessFactors is the only HRIS I have experience with.

The learning management system reporting feature is not suited from the admins experience. There is not a lot of authority to customized the reports. No option to add fields when a customer is asking for it. The storyboard reporting function is well suited for the needs of the admin user. You can customize it easily. I recommend that of the reporting feature in the LMS.
