I use SAP SuccessFactors EC to maintain employee data I use performance and goals for annual performance reviews. I use recruiting and onboarding for hiring and internal transfers. Onboarding is used for candidate data collection and compliance. Succession is used for advancement of employees and company planning in the event of a termination. Learning is used for adding new skills.
