Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Currently in the process of implementing SF EC, Recruiting and Onboarding.
Will be implementing other modules in the next 1+ year.

We are currently in our implementation phase with our partners, Cognizant. With a very aggressive timeline, I would say that our partners are doing the best they can to accommodate all business requirements.
Compared to Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors offered a more flexible and configurable solution allowing our organization to meet complex requirements.

For organizations transitioning from an on-premise HCM solution, I found that SAP Success Factors provided the most flexible solution to accommodate the complex business requirements for a company that is present across different states with varying levels of employees.
