Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use the entire suite of applications to manage all HR processes, input, output, etc.
  • Workflows, alerts, managing objects (MDF)
  • Performance
  • Recruiting Management
  • Learning
  • Mobile app needs a makeover
  • Learning needs to continue to be further integrated with HXM
  • Story Reports - improved output; reduce report preparation time for consumers
  • People profile configuration for company specific Disability Mgmt. - huge time saver
We, as a company, need to be better integrating with our internal downstream consuming apps (i.e. ServiceNow). We will be looking at API solutions in the future.
EC implemented in 2021; poor planning and disconnected partner. It's not the fault of the Software.
Qualtrics was briefly evaluated. No further steps have been taken.

Yes

Pros- Highly configurable; can support most initiatives w/o partner intervention.
Cons- UI's can be better; more user-friendly however the initiatives around AI and future UI's may alleviate much of this.
