Start with the introduction of my current company it is one of the best beverage companies in Pakistan. We have different offices and workforce across Pakistan and our company values our employees and wants to engage in their company mission. So we select the best product (SAP SuccessFactors for our valuable employees. We trust SAP SuccessFactors to address all self-service needs which we are looking. We are currently working on employee central, PMGM and recruiting. SAP SuccessFactors portal is the employee-centric platform where our company employees manage their leaves, personal data, benefits, and performance appraisal and also publish internal job postings through SAP SuccessFactors. So, through SAP SuccessFactors, employees just open the system and manage all self-service needs across Pakistan. At least, but not last. We also manage remote area workforce through our online SAP SuccessFactors system. So SAP SuccessFactors is on SAAS system. We ensure this safe and hassle-free system. Employee can take tier ebenefits and enroll in the new benefits policy according to their grades.

It's WOW. I had a versatile experience in SAP HCM implementation from 2016. I started work on SAP SuccessFactors in 2018 and honestly, I have learned a lot through SAP SuccessFactors modules implementation. We learned best practices and activated methodology. My last implementation went very smoothly, even in SAP HCM replication with SAP SuccessFactors.
So the major part its easy and integration via SAP S4/Hana. Exceptional customer support and best practices that SAP SuccessFactors best fit for all. User touch base module as well as support HR team to achieve strategic level goals and provide better insight. Even employees are also happy and feel handy while they use SAP SuccessFactors.
