Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We are currently using Talent Connect. We dont hire people through SAP, but once we have hired our people we then add them to the org chart.The product allows us to know who the people on our payroll are quickly and their compensation information. We use this information for ICR and OMR.
Pros
- Store employee company information
Cons
- We are in the process of integrating more systems. Perhaps making the integration process easier.
- Right now, our people need a more user friendly interface. I know this is in the works!
- This has helped us with Employee experience because it allows our people to remain motivated and engaged through goal setting.
This could help with the entire life cycle. From interviews and assisting with interview questions, to offering the job, to hiring the employee, managing the employee life cycle, and finally termination. AI can be leveraged during all of these milestones in order to help us identify trends, areas of improvement, and can help us identify where we are headed.
