We use SAP SuccessFactors for recruiting, talent management, and HRIS.

We don't have EC yet once we do it will be better functionality and usability.
We aren't on cloud yet.
Our goal is to use joule to increase efficiency for the workforce especially the capability to automate manual processes like submitting PTO, making an address change, or for a hiring manager: opening a new position.
We continue our partnership with SAP SuccessFactors for now as we can see the added benefit of a seamless integration between all SAP systems.

We are still on prem and not on EC so lots of issues between systems and approval processes and data transfers.
