Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Hi, We are using SAP SuccessFactors form Employee data management from Onboarding to Offboarding of the employee, Also we are using multiple module like performance and Goal, E learning and Compensation as well. We have a very good user experience with the SAP SuccessFactors and using this from last 5 years

Pros

  • Employee central for Onboarding and employees' entire life cycle
  • performance evaluation and talent management for
  • Centralized learning also a best part we are using for all the employees for accessing relevant resources.

Cons

  • Attendance management a big area where we are looking for improvement in SAP SuccessFactors
  • 360 view feedback for all the employees.
  • Travel request and expense management also missing and area to be improving in SAP SuccessFactors
  • SAP SuccessFactors is very good with the performance and easy to manage the Employees data and very helpful for manage the data from 1 source.
As per experience with last 5 years there are worthy product and like it very much with the outcomes and automation in Onboarding to offboarding process.
SAP SuccessFactors is very success to enabling the automation in Hr process from candidate requirement - Interview and Onboarding also help to boost the process for all process and i have seen a lot of improvement after implementation of the SF.
Ai has a string role in this era of technologies and sure later on we also go for incorporate AI for HR process and SAP SuccessFactors has the capability.
