Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
SAP SuccessFactors HCM is used in our MNC to streamline and optimize HR processes. SAP SuccessFactors HCM is used for requesting time-off (Sick leaves, casual leaves, overstay request, official OD, special leaves, shift change, etc), viewing organization charts, goal setting for half-yearly and annual appraisals and easily view company policy documents which are uploaded and categorized for easy of use and reference.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM has successfully contributed to our operational efficiency with respect to standardizing & digitizing processes for core HR & IR. It has made it easier for employees by bringing data, processes and tools to one single platform. For HR it has become easier to maintain organization changes and workflow approvals while for IR it has become easier by automating payroll system.
In the not so distant future, we would love for SAP Business AI to be able to provide insights to evaluators during appraisals of employees by auto-evaluating the goals. It can also be used to link SAP SuccessFactors HCM to leading job search sites online to automate resume shortlisting and ranking which will be done by AI.
Detailed evaluations and study was done with other programs but it is was feasible to integrate SAP SuccessFactors HCM with whole organization data regarding the leaves & other allowances which is in ECC. So, based on this major functionality of integration, SAP SuccessFactors HCM was finalized and selected amidst other peer products available.
