Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

I use it mainly SAP SuccessFactors HCM for Core HR ,payroll, and Workforce management and analytics for one of our enterprise clients. As our client deals in multiple businesses they have various fulltime, part time and contractual employees to manage all these employees payroll, salaries, attendance regularization and in and out time and onboarding all activities are managed in the SAP SuccessFactors. Without the automated system like SAP SuccessFactors it wouldn't be possible to manage all the employees payroll and core HR activities, now hassle free single handedly I am able to manage all the employees payroll and attendance.

Pros

  • Onboarding process is very easy to learn and execute
  • Customer support is the top notch
  • Artificial intelligence features inside the software application is also good

Cons

  • Knowledge base can be improved and provide it in multiple languages so that it can be used widely across HR functions
  • Need domain specific features such as for healthcare recruitment credentialing is must haave requirement but SAP SuccessFactors is not providing these type of features for niche industries
  • User interface can be more better
  • We have increased HR productivity for sure by at least 30% more and now not required too many resources to manage the HRBP and payroll management
  • Able to track the candidates all information at one place and it's helped a lot at the performance review and appraisal time, it reducing the operational time by 20%
It provides all in one solution right from candidate searching to onboarding and managing the payroll and up to candidate release management everything can be done through only a single system and reduce the dependency on multiple software
Yes we have moved our SAP System on cloud and the process was very much smooth, everything migrated successfully on cloud platform. Now we have created multiple users and access for our SAP Successfactor and multiple stakeholder from our core team are now able to access the Successfactor from anywhere. Our main business areas is to manage the candidates for our clients and handle the end to end applicant tracking and Workforce management.
The cloud version is pretty much simple and more secured as compare to the previous. Our IT Team has collaborated with SAP team for firewall and cybersecurity related troubleshooting and the experience is really smooth.
We are planning to incorporate at the core HR funtionalities and while onboarding of the candidate want to reduce the operational time and it should be handle by AI agent
Zoho Recruit is not built for global talent management and law and compliance wise we think SAP SuccessFactors is very strong

SAP SuccessFactors is more suited for enterprise capacity clients where workforce count is very high you can manage all onboarding payroll and Workforce very easily and hassle free, for enterprise clients its worth but for SME and small firms it's highly priced and not worth of you don't have the capacity

6 - The skills which required for using SAP successfactors are payroll management, appraisal management, overall organizations appraisal management, scheduling and updating the appraisal formulas. Additionally if you have any basic human resource/ psychology degree anyone with strong excell and analytics skills can use SAP Successfactors

We will definitely renew the SAP Successfactor HCM because it's saving a lots of time of our team in managing workforce handling multiple payroll management
