Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

I am the Manager of Human resources in our organisation. We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM to manage our workforce. The product provides us with great features for human resource management, planning, analytics, DMS and talent acquisition. It is easy to deploy and administer the product and has easy data Integration.

Pros

  • The product very intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Easy software customization and integration with other products.
  • Availability of quality vendor support services.

Cons

  • Analytics and reporting systems of the software are not very effective. They fail from time to time.
  • Product pricing is challenge. SAP SuccessFactors HCM premium features are only available to businesses and organisations that can afford the high cost.
  • The software has helped us to solved key challenges in human resource management by providing us with a cloud based system that has streamlined all our core processes.
  • Use of the product in our organisation has guaranteed transparency by ensuring production of deep and more unified human capital management reports.
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM has automated many of our complex manual processes which has ensured accuracy and speed in service delivery.
Operational efficiency of the software especially in HR processes management.
Good integration with our external systems.
SAP SuccessFactors HCM is very flexible and easy to configure.
Software implementation is pretty simple compared to that of other tools.
We have not incorporated SAP Business AI in our into our systems but we are eyeing on doing so in the near feature. I will be ready to share my experience after a successful integration and incorporation.
