Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for Recruiting, Onboarding, EC, Compensation, Learning, Succession and Mentoring. We need more automation and process automation to assist with productivity and efficiency.

Pros

  • I think SAP SuccessFactors HCM does Permissions well
  • In my experience, SAP SuccessFactors HCM does well as an All in one system

Cons

  • In my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has room for improvement by Implementing more enhancements
  • For us, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has Improved HR flexibilty
I gave this usability rating for SAP SuccessFactors HCM because, to me, Translations is a pain.
I think SAP Business AI can be incorporated in our HR processes for Employee self service and MSS
