Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a strategic tool we use to manage our people strategy. We use it to drive data and analytical efficiencies and make sure that we are manage the process from Hire to retire, always with an employee experience lens.

Cons

  • Be a true cloud solution. ie, move all modules onto the one data centre to make platform tasks like RBP centre
  • Quicker development of customer influences. We use the product and often influences take too long to implement
  • A more streamlined pricing model
  • Remove the papertrail and keeps employee and position data at the centre
  • Integration of data with other modules
  • ESS and MSS
  • Better UI then SAP ECC
User friendly and constant improvements on their UI are great
Yes SAP SuccessFactors HCM is our Core HRIS however we still integrate to ECC and using UKG for rostering and Chris21 for payroll. We need to migrate and using the ECC end of life as the catalyst for this.
AI will return hours back to managers and employees especially our front line leaders who we want to spend less time on HR processes and more time in the field

I personally dont think SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a best in class of any module however the real benefits come from the integration of data
