Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for our full end to end, hire to retire process. from identifying talent to onboarding, movements as well as talent succession and finally separation.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM addresses everything from attracting top talent to EVP. identifying internal talent also helps to save on recruiting costs as well as retain key talents in the business.

the main challenge is the change management between upgrades as the window is quite small to do proper change management especially for UI changes.
Agent to agent connection will improve efficiencies for companies that have already built agents for other functions. e.g. joule connected to a finance agent to combine financial data with headcount
SAP SuccessFactors HCM still holds the advantage in flexibility and best in class goals and succession management
