Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Maintaining attendance with flexible options was a challenge which was overcome using timesheet option with lot of other customizations as per the need by management which really helped to solve this basic problem initially. Also. Keeping employee database and profile all in one place was the other ease to access the information about an employee.

- Certain limitations in customization as per the exact requirements like integration with other sources of information for employee database specially non SAP based

Not yet moved and it is in progress for our business sector.
As far as I have heard and observed, the impact is very significant in terms of data driven decisions, speed process and for sure productivity.
HR process efficiency and productivity has an impactful increase. Planning of resources has been increased as a result and so the process has a significant impact on the employee profile screening and talent searching and even planning the newly hired talent training plan and development plan at least for my team I must quote this.
Cost benefit of course. Rest of the factors for us to use is existing landscapes and integration need with the existing applications being used as legacy in Merck.
