Overall Satisfaction with SciQuest

We use SciQuest for all of our e-procurement on campus.
  • Easy user interface.
  • Great customer support.
  • Continuous system improvements.
  • Listens to customer feedback and use that information to make improvements.
  • UI still not the same across the board as far as product offerings [go].
  • One major positive is the speed at which our invoices are processed, especially from punchout vendors.
SciQuest is very well suited for one-stop shopping needs for users. Our only wish is that every vendor could have a level 2 punchout.
