Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
Currently, we are using within the IT support desk to remotely support our restaurants.
Pros
- Ease of use. Intuitive interface. Very simple for IT team and users to utilize
- Feature set compares to bigger names in the support application marketplace
Cons
- Interact with applications other than just screen sharing
- Time spent troubleshooting remote issues has been decreased due to ease of use within tool
