Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Currently, we are using within the IT support desk to remotely support our restaurants.

Pros

  • Ease of use. Intuitive interface. Very simple for IT team and users to utilize
  • Feature set compares to bigger names in the support application marketplace

Cons

  • Interact with applications other than just screen sharing
  • Time spent troubleshooting remote issues has been decreased due to ease of use within tool
Perfect for a basic IT support team doing remote screen sharing to troubleshoot issues.
