Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

The entire organization uses the software for remote support of folks having IT issues. Remote access for servers means we are able to control and correct issues as soon as we find them, and the ability to quickly generate one time support sessions and email or text the link to customers means getting connected is no longer a major ordeal.


  • System is reliable - it just works and is there when you need it which I can not say about all previous systems I have used.
  • Upgrades are smooth.
  • Remote performance on the latest version is much improved from older versions.


  • None - it does everything we need it to. The last thing I want is a piece of software that tries to do everything and ends up doing nothing well.
  • Much cheaper than LogMeIn, and I have had much fewer problems
  • On demand support is better than LogMeIn Rescue and included in the same basic price.
LogMeIn - was more expensive, more of a pain to set up, and was not as reliable. Had instances of machines suddenly going offline that could only be cured by a visit onsite which has never happened to me with screenconnect so far. This point alone makes all the difference in the world.
Any sort of remote support, whether unattended or on demand works great.
