Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Cloud Integration (including Scribe)

We use Scribe Online to connect our ON24 webcast data to our Dynamics CRM database. It's an important connector that enables us to capture data that would otherwise have to be manually input or imported. Event marketing is the core of our marketing engine, and our database has been the core of our company for decades, so enabling us to capture the user data provided by ON24 in the database itself has been a significant improvement.

Pros

  • Extremely flexible

  • Notably powerful

Cons

  • It is extremely complex--we work with ON24 for all of our configuration
  • It does not come--at least as we have been using it--with preset templates for logical use cases
  • Does not proactively provide information about errors as would be more useful.
  • Scribe Online makes our investment in webcasts more valuable, with actionable data at the fingertips of sales & marketing
  • It means that the data we collect is retained and can be referenced far into the future
  • It is flexible enough to allow us to capture the specific data that we need and insert it into our heavily customized database without issue
When using it to connect Dynamics--which famously does not get a lot of native connectors like some other CRMs I could name--to important third-party systems, it's great. However, the way we are using it--having it managed by said third-party provider--is important, because it is a pretty technical system. No one on my team here has the time to get deep into the technical weeds for perfect setup and configuration, so that kind of support has been vital.
