Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SeekOut to find passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions in the tech industry. SeekOut's search functionality is superior to any other product I have used. It enables us to find candidates that we have been unable to find on traditional platforms. It also allows different users to share projects and collaborate on search efforts.

Diversity searching
Robust boolean capabilities - to search specific portions of profiles for keywords
Provides great analytics

Some of the integrations with CRM's don't always work well
The UI tends to change a lot and can be confusing
Would like to see a CSV download option for search results

Support Rating

SeekOut is a great tool with unmatched search functionality, and It is easy to use and intuitive. When properly utilized it can greatly increase sourcing efficiency. It enables us to search Linkedin profiles more efficiently than Linkedin Recruiter. The only reason it doesn't get a 10 is that the UI can be confusing and the the integrations are clunky.
