Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut to find passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions in the tech industry. SeekOut's search functionality is superior to any other product I have used. It enables us to find candidates that we have been unable to find on traditional platforms. It also allows different users to share projects and collaborate on search efforts.

  • Provides great analytics
  • Some of the integrations with CRM's don't always work well
  • The UI tends to change a lot and can be confusing
  • Would like to see a CSV download option for search results
  • Over 75% of my 2022 hires were sourced using SeekOut
  • Increased ability to quickly fill diversity roles
  • The ability to search non traditional avenues such as Github profiles for tech talent
SeekOut is a great tool with unmatched search functionality, and It is easy to use and intuitive. When properly utilized it can greatly increase sourcing efficiency. It enables us to search Linkedin profiles more efficiently than Linkedin Recruiter. The only reason it doesn't get a 10 is that the UI can be confusing and the the integrations are clunky.

SeekOut works well when focusing on diversity when sourcing for a role. Allows filtering for certain diverse groups, and it provides a breakdown of diversity for specific roles.
