Overall Satisfaction with SendinBlue

We are using SendinBlue to keep in contact with our membership base. We are using it as part of our marketing outreach to current, and past users of Newswire. SendinBlue has increased the deliverability of our email, and increased our conversions on our outreach.
  • Customer service at SendinBlue is outstanding. Eric is always available by phone to help with any issues that we have.
  • The SendinBlue platform is intuitive and easy to use.
  • Our email gets opened and read when we use SendinBlue.
  • List management features could be improved.
  • Incorporation of mail verification prior to sending would be helpful.
  • More templates would be helpful.

Better service, deliverability and prices than Constant Contact.
Pricing is very competitive, and a great value compared to Constant Contact, etc. At the end of the day, deliverability of email is the only metric that really matters. We have emailed through a few services, and the open and click rates with SendinBlue are better than with any other service we have tried.
