Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue

I use Sendinblue for emailings
  • creating emailing templates
  • manage emailing contacts
  • send an email before automatic payment
  • in the management of contacts : include a colum mentioning all the lists a contact is included in
  • positive impact on my company's communication to customers
I tried it for a week but immediately quit for being lost in the platform, with no good helpdesk...

Sendinblue has positively evolved this last year to offer a user-friendly platform. Improvements to ease the use really help to find all the possibilities of the plateform, and create whatever you want to create.
