Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
Sendoso is currently being used within a couple departments within our organization. Mainly marketing and customer success in order to delight our members. Sendoso allows us to send customized packages, gift cards, etc. at the click of a button.
- Simple interface that allows you to use a catalog approach to send to you customers.
- Uses a Chrome extension so that you don't have to log in to a website every day.
- I have seen no downside to Sendoso at this point.
- We have had positive responses from our customer base every time we send through Sendoso.
