Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We had a rocky start with Sendoso. First with them losing product, then items being shipped outside of SLA it was all-around not working out. We began to have weekly calls and were able to get back on track with re-ordering products and getting realistic and honest answers about what was going on. Now, Sendoso has turned into the asset it is known to be and has been great at delivering on its mission. We use it for delivering all types of gifts, swag and raffle items and are thankful they we able to make a change for the better.
  • Packaging.
  • Gift ideas.
  • Organization.
  • Allowing you to see what was sent in a touch after it is sent.
  • It needs to be easier to attach specific shipping labels to items.
  • Canceling items that are sent to people no longer with the company.
  • Accuracy of orders.
  • Send time.
  • When orders are delayed.
  • If/when orders come back, the sender doesn't always get notified and then people are missing their items and we didn't know.
  • Orders missing items.
  • Hand written cards are a plus.

It is well suited for those that need to send a package for someone and want it to be packed well with a hand-written card.
