Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark

Sendspark is an easy way to create videos and screen recordings so I can communicate with my audience. It's so easy to use! I'm able to send my customers personalized videos and screen recordings, which is something I've never done before. I can also record quick video messages to my audience. Everything is now so personalized.
  • I like the interface super minimal and clean
  • Onboarding and Branding Customization is just super easy
  • It creates super fast recordings and video playback is super fast too
  • To organize videos Folder Creation option should be added
  • Video request feature is just game-changer thing for my business
  • Proper customizable branding is also incredible to share professionalism to others
  • Excellent for embedding videos on my own websites, this feature reduces my video hosting cost a lot. I did use Vimeo for embedding videos, now Sendspark is an all-in-one tool for me.
  • For personalized video functionality, for less time we can generate 2x sales! huge win for us.
I've looked at many other video tools in the past, and this was the first that jumped to the front of the list for me. SendSpark makes it quick and easy to shoot a video for a welcome/onboarding message, or a personal response to a client, or an over-the-shoulder training. AND SendSpark makes it super easy to ask a client for a video testimonial without them having to jump through several hoops just to give you some quick feedback. I see many uses for SendSpark, and appreciate the option for multiple workspaces so that you can use it for different niches or brands! It's a dream tool for me and for my team members.

I have been using Sendspark for a few months now and have been very happy with the results. It is incredibly easy to use and it provides a lot of value to my customers. My favorite thing is its ability to record a video with a message from my computer screen. I have been able to connect with my customers in a more meaningful way and have been able to increase my email conversions.
