Overall Satisfaction with Sendspark

Amazing software that allows more personality with a streamlined workflow in outreach and review workflows (at least that's how we use it). Sendspark helps us get more replies from prospects and video reviews, we get way more replies using Sendspark than traditional methods.
  • Getting people to leave video reviews is an absolute breeze. It's such a simple workflow.
  • Using email outreach is so simple and engaging with Sendspark it's insane. Love it.
  • Different design choices on a play icon on the video would be nice but not critical

I'm currently using it for email outreach to individual leads and have some great response rates and engagement due to the personalised nature of the platform. We also use Sendpark to get video reviews submitted which has always been a problem in the past. Sendspark has improved the amount of replies we get.
