Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
After a year+ of researching CRMs and marketing automation platforms for our clients (mostly SMBs), we finally found one that we could wholeheartedly recommend to our clients. SharpSpring solves the issue of having to buy multiple applications to run email, CRM, and marketing automation. Most importantly it's an easy (and affordable) introduction to marketing automation for our clients.
- Great customer service. My questions are usually answered the same day, and we've had support questions turn into product features. They've recently extended their support hours as well.
- Awesome interface and usability. They've made a very complex application feel usable (and sometimes fun). Lots of contextual support within the application.
- Constant product evolution. It seems like new features are updated almost every week. Love getting their newsletters that highlight all the fun stuff they are working on and releasing.
- The API is fairly new - would like to see them continue to evolve it and open up some access to areas where we'd like to make some more customization.
- For our business (as a marketing agency), it's been great to offer a new product / service that caters to agencies and (I think) blows other products out of the water.
- For the client we implemented SharpSpring with recently, the amount of insights into their sales funnel has been invaluable. At this same point last year we were completely blind to how far (or close) they were to their goals.

The biggest difference between SharpSpring and the other platforms we reviewed was their integrated approach - CRM, email, automation - all in one package. Most of the other applications we reviewed had to be purchased separately which really added to the cost (and complexity). Granted, not every client will be able to just switch off their current CRM, but if you have someone starting from scratch SharpSpring is certainly worth a look.
