Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use Sharpspring throughout our entire organization. The sales team uses Sharpspring as a CRM by logging/tracking calls and emails on an hourly basis. We are easily able to identify duplicate leads in our system (our mistake) and filter them correctly with Sharpspring features. Our marketing team uses the CRM to push out our drip emails to existing and prospective clients. As a whole, we use the Sharpspring to organize everything correctly so that our whole team is on the same page on a consistent basis.
- Email Marketing Automation - A simple trigger engages the client or prospect on their own respective path down our email chain.
- Team Filtering - Filter lead lists for each team member to avoid duplicate efforts.
- Pipeline Tracking - Track all pipeline activities to stay on top of leads and deals.
- Add the ability to search for client profiles with only the phone number.
Comparable, but my team and I prefer SharpSpring.
