Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring in our Marketing & Sales Department. It helps us organize our client flow, social media strategy and investigation for several purposes. SharpSpring is a very complete and useful tool, its versatiliy allows us to have an internal order and makes it easier to work as a team.

Pros

  • Mailing platform is good and easy to use, you can save and keep working later without problems.
  • If you need to schedule social posts ,SharpSpring is perfect—a very reliable tool.
  • The templates are good and easy to organize and reuse.

Cons

  • When you schedule social post sometimes the clock changes and you can't set the time.
  • The upload tool for mailings sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.
  • It is difficult to organize different mail.
  • We can trust in our strategy and do better strategies with SharpSpring.
Mailchimp has a lot of bugs and it's hard to change the code. SharpSpring is easier and you can trust in the design.
Its a really good tool but somethimes the usabily and the spanish transition aren't the best. You can fix it by just changing a few words and improving the user experience. Please check your calendar, especially the clock.
