Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We recommend SharpSpring to all of our clients. Our clients needed a CMS that could help them organize their distribution lists, watch leads from the websites, and send communications via email. We provide a short training for many of them to use it themselves and provide them custom, designed branded templates for their emails. Its easy interface is just what our clients need. The analytics are comprehensive and provide real-time data for our marketing initiatives.

I would not recommend SharpSpring for small mom-and-pop type companies. There are cheaper options, like Constant Contact, that will suit their needs. While it isn't as comprehensive, it's more economical. Perhaps SharpSpring could offer a limited service for those types of companies.
