Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We utilize SharpSpring as a Marketing/CRM Platform for our Sales and Marketing teams. It incorporates a CRM (which one of our clients was lacking), a visible pipeline and all of our marketing efforts into one platform. This allows us to track what the sales teams are doing, the contact they are having with Prospect/Customers and it allows us to track the Marketing efforts, allowing us to identify where we should be spending money on advertising. By integrating this to our client's websites we are able to keep our fingers on the pulse and identify where the traffic is coming from and the types of leads that are being generated.
  • Visitor ID - SharpSpring tells us WHO and WHEN someone was on our site.
  • Ease of use and integration - SharpSpring is easy to use and impossible to not!
  • Analytics - SharpSpring allows us to look into our web and email insights. Now we know what is working and what isn't.
  • New feature awareness - Sometimes we don't always know what was done, or why it was done. Identifying the changes can sometimes be frustrating.
  • Positive - Able to identify what is working with advertising and marketing and what is not. This allows us to identify where the budget should be to maximize results.
SharpSpring is easier to use than SalesLoft and allows for more insight into our efforts. With SalesLoft it can become very confused when trying to set up a cadence or to correctly identify where a lead came from and what their traffic patterns have been. SalesLoft is not the right system for all of our needs.
SharpSpring is very easy to use, and if you don't know how to do something they have top-notch support, a great help section, and awesome tutorial videos. The CRM is also very helpful for tracking all of the opportunities and origins of those opportunities - It allows us to know where our traffic is coming from and invents in advertising that is working
Not many negatives with this product, we are now able to track where our traffic is coming from. This allows us to invest in advertising that is actually working. We are also able to build visual pipelines with our sales team, making it easier to track what they have out there. I love how the site tells you who was there and gives you the "life of lead" so you know exactly what contact has been made.
